Fenerbahçe won against Al-Ittihad with some good football. Al-Ittihad are the defending champions of the Saudi Arabian Pro League. Their friendly matches won't mean much, of course, but you can't ignore the fact that they have a star studded squad. Al-Ittihad may not have pushed too hard in this match, but the fact that Fenerbahce are playing with this tempo in the preseason is a promising development for the long term.

If reinforcements like Skriniar and Asensio are made soon, it won't be too difficult for Fenerbahce to beat Feyenoord in the UCL qualifiers. But it's important to underline that it's wrong to read the whole season on the basis of one friendly. We don't know if Mourinho will continue this system. Fenerbahçe can start well and finish badly again.

Fenerbahçe will be more stronger than last season with the way they are strengthening the squad with new players, it shows in their friendly games, Fenerbahce need to do everything to make sure they keep their good performance to able to challenge Galatasaray because next season is not going to be easy for them as Galatasaray has signed Osimhen permanently to strengthen their squad, Galatasaray will be more stronger than next season because signing Osimhen for 75 million will make the player do anything to make sure the team win every match.

There will be many challenges in Turkish league next season and it will be very excited to watch, especially when Galatasaray and Fenerbache are doing everything to strengthen their squad, Jose Mourinho has signed some players including Asenso from PSG who is also a former Real Madrid player, Mourinho only has this season to prove himself that he is capable of winning trophies for Fenerbache because if he didn’t win any trophy next season I don’t think Fenerbache will let him stay in the team again.
