Besides having a chance, Chelsea will also be a team to be wary of by several strong Premier League teams next season. I'm quite impressed with Chelsea's ability to create a smooth, yet dangerous game for all opponents. This could be their main weapon next season, especially in establishing themselves as a title contender in the Premier League, although it won't be easy, as the Premier League also requires high consistency for a team to win the title. But I truly believe Chelsea can do well next season, as they simply need to be more consistent in achieving good results in every match.
We'll see if Chelsea can maintain their impressive performance this season, as other teams, such as Arsenal and Liverpool, are performing much better than them. I'm not sure Chelsea will disrupt the title race this season, but Chelsea will maintain their position in the top four.
The title contender I think is more effective is Manchester City. They will try to dominate the league again. Their performance wasn't great last season, but this season they will improve their team performance. New players have been brought in, but so far Manchester City is projecting for the long term because several of the players they have recruited are very young.
On the other hand, Liverpool is ready to defend their title. They still dominate with their existing players. There haven't been many changes, but one signing that I consider to be brilliant is their successful acquisition of Hugo Ekitike.
