It has been a rainy day, however I didn't allow the rain to stop me, I woke up very early did my routine workout and returned for my push ups. Today was my best day as the weather was so calm and good, no more muscle cramps and I feel good this morning. Consistency is the key to achieve anything you wish to achieve, I was able to do 60 pushups in 2 sets

Rain used to fall every day in my country, and if you do laundry, your clothes will take days to dry unless you have a clothes dryer before you can dry your clothes fast. Because of the rainy weather conditions of my country, I usually do my push-ups in my room immediately after I wake up from sleep so that rain will not stop me from doing my push-ups.
