It has been a rainy day, however I didn't allow the rain to stop me, I woke up very early did my routine workout and returned for my push ups. Today was my best day as the weather was so calm and good, no more muscle cramps and I feel good this morning. Consistency is the key to achieve anything you wish to achieve, I was able to do 60 pushups in 2 sets

Push up exercise is not like other exercise that can be done in an open place or outside, you can easily do your push up inside without been distracted by rain that's one advantage of push up and it doesn't also required any equipment before you can start doing push up.
