With the same predictions predicting that bitcoin will reach 1 million within the next 10 years this is quite realistic rather than having to say next year's cycle is somewhat doubtful.

Experts are trying to predict bitcoin higher then in the future this is quite reasonable rather than comparing the current time --- maybe 6 years ago people would not have thought bitcoin could go to $120K but the fact is now happening, so why not maybe to 1 million.

I don't know what people are basing their belief that bitcoin price can reach $1 million in the next 10 years, but on the contrary, I don't think bitcoin can easily achieve that. People should not just look at the price of bitcoin and ignore its market capitalization, and think that bitcoin going to $1 million is the same as going from $1k to $10k. As the capitalization gets larger, the growth rate will also slow down gradually, any asset will experience that and Bitcoin is no exception.

Bitcoin has the potential to reach $1 million but it could take 2 or 3 decades, or even longer, IMO.
