Erik Ten Hag have been seen as one of the most in-form managers in football but checking his reviews at Old Trafford, it just didn't add up. Ten Hag has been in charge of Manchester United for as long as he has been in charge of Manchester United, if he could have changed the team's performance a little during this time, then maybe we would have appreciated his strategy a little, but under him, Manchester United has performed so badly that there is no reason not to call him an incompetent manager. When Manchester United fired him, many people, like me, probably thought that he would never get the responsibility of any club again, but unfortunately, the manager of Leverkusen left for Real Madrid and Leverkusen was forced to hand over the responsibility of their club to this manager. However, when Leverkusen confirmed that Ten Hag will be their manager from next season, this news came as a surprise to many and people started criticizing the manager's skills again.
Since the management has given him the responsibility, now we have to see at least one season to see how the club performs under him.
