You haven't said anything new here. You can at least specify the clauses of the terms which have been violated by OP. There should be a certain reason for banning the users, for example: multiple accounts, bonus abuse, suspicious betting activity, etc. The user hasn't violated all the parts of your terms. OP hasn't asked you to provide the details of how your anti-fraud system made the decision. Just tell him the exact reason.
