Alexander Isak might be heading to Liverpool since they have been showing long time interest and before signing Ekitike he was their top priority but when it seems like Newcastle won't sell their top man neither is he showing any sign for the move they opt for an alternative.

I think as it stands now they may get him soon as long as an agreement is made between clubs. Newcastle are not planning on holding him and are already looking for replacement as it stands now, and I would be high regards for Newcastle if they can respect his decision to leave especially looking how other teams have treated their star players when they decided to leave for a bigger opportunity.
Over the past three seasons, Alexsander Isak's performance with Newcastle United has steadily improved. His goal tally has steadily increased each season, and he has garnered special attention from major European teams, especially Liverpool. If he were to leave now, at the age of 25, he would have the opportunity to build his career with a stronger team with a champion mentality like Liverpool.

However, given the current developments, Isak's chances of joining Liverpool are quite high, as Newcastle United's management has already established relationships with other players to find a replacement for their forward line. I believe if he joins Liverpool, Liverpool will be much stronger this season. A deal is possible, but the process will certainly take time. I hope Liverpool continues to maintain good communication with Newcastle United regarding the transfer of Alexsander Isak.
Considering how outstanding Alexander Isak has been, I will really would love to see him play in a top-notch club, the youngster has the ability to improve over time and it will be a delight to watch him play among top players that will contribute to his improvement. As Newcastle united stands now, he is there talisman, letting him go is what I cannot envisage at that moment but Liverpool will seriously be breaking the Bank to buy him considering how much they've just spent in buying Ekitike.
