Yes, very true. Not sure, UK laws "The Insolvency Act 2016", I don't have my own counsel in this matter. They refuse to release dividends however, must treat all Creditors equally, etc. It's messed up.
So, it's pretty clear that this debt can't be sold/ passed to another individual or legal entity. At least, until the liquidators state otherwise. Since you will have to wait for this to end, it would be better to lock this thread of yours. It ain't going to happen because it isn't possible.
