This guy has been exceptionally lucky. And I think he has done very well to cashout, especially when he says it has changed his life (although I think it would be OK to leave a few hundred to continue playing). He probably lives in a low GDP per capita country, so that $10K will give him a lot of purchasing power.
I hope it changes his life really because there are tons of gamblers who have been lucky once and won life changing sums at times they least expected, and they were still ended up broke again, chasing a big win again. It is difficult to be lucky always, impossible really, and to this gambler, chances are that they may never be this lucky again. With that amount, I hope the gambler still will be able to exercise discipline and stay committed to responsible gambling because it can become very easy to increase the amount he uses in gambling.
