I hear a lot of young people wishing they can build generational wealth for their kids. The kids of their kids and the kids of their kids' kids. But is it really up to us? We can build wealth now and leave all our assets to our kids but how can be sure they can protect the wealth and make it grow even more?
There's nothing bad in allowing our children inherit from us and be successful in life, however, we have to let them understand the need for developing competences in various aspects of life in other for them to be able to withstand for the challenges ahead, they need to have experience of what is ahead of them, so that they may got prepared for it, it all comes with what we started with them, training them and instilling discipline in them to be able to have the ability of taking charge in the future.
