I assume more than one employee has access to their official forum account. In this case, probably one of them opened their inbox, read it, and forgot or probably deleted your message while another staff member was waiting for your response. This is the possible scenario I can think of at this moment. Otherwise, I do not see any reason why they would blame a DT1 member for suspicious behaviour.

They care, actually. They have been spending thousands of dollars every month on promotion, and they have been cooperating with holydarkness to solve all the scam accusations. But I do agree that they are worse when it comes to communication.
