The intake of drugs in the society is becoming very alarming, which it sometimes makes me wonder what the future holds. I will not fully blame the government on this one, although they have their own fault too and I will not entirely put the blames on their parents too.
This might sound foolish to some people, but I really think it depends more on the individual that is into drugs. Some of this people have a very good home bringing,  but still end up doing drugs, so you don't blame there parents for their own decisions. On the government part, most will argue that the government is corrupt and don't take care of their citizens; this statement is also true, but sometimes you see people that are well to do, with a very good job and are still into drugs.
So in conclusion,  I think it's an individual thing rather than blaming the government or parents.
