It's certainly not easy to coach a team like Real Madrid, which naturally carries a lot of pressure. Coaching a team of Real Madrid's stature requires consistent performance and consistent performances. But there are also advantages, too: Real Madrid is known as a great team, and their mentality is undeniable, plus they have many star players. If a coach can cultivate the potential of each player and maintain a conducive dressing room, coaching Real Madrid will be easier.

This was the case with Zinedine Zidane at the time. We know Zidane didn't have much experience coaching Real Madrid, but his success with Real Madrid was due to his adeptness at managing player potential. Likewise with Xabi, he must have come to Real Madrid with careful consideration. I think Xabi can manage a team as big as Real Madrid, especially since he already understands the goings-on within Real Madrid, making it easier for him to build a strong team to face La Liga and the Champions League next season.
At this point, Real Madrid's chances of winning the title are still 50:50, and their toughest rival is Barcelona. Hansi Flick could be an obstacle for Xabi Alonso in his quest for the title.

The mentality is there at Real Madrid, but not among all of its players. The promise made by Real Madrid players, as reported in the media, that they were ready to give their all to secure the FIFA Club World Cup title as Modric's final trophy failed to materialize, didn't it?
Don't be offended, because a large budget doesn't necessarily guarantee a team will win the title at the end of the season.

Regarding the coach's ability to harness the existing potential of the players through wise psychological management among the players, I agree.
How far has the plan for Rodri progressed? That will also be a significant asset for Real Madrid.
