I'd try it out.
If the offer is too good to be true, it probably is. Of course that doesn't mean you'll end up with mental or physical damage. Just try it out and if you hate it, you'll get your monthly salary and leave.
If the job ends up being bearable, keep investing the money they give you into bitcoin. Learn to do something in this space. Remember that this job we're considering here is yours if you want it, but your dream bitcoin job might be months if not years away. Work towards it while you earn money elsewhere.
This is what I would do which is to see how it goes. As how OP explained it, it feels like a training for the position once they think OP is suited for the position. In my opinion, this is kinda the same in cryptocurreny where you will see a new crypto and will see later on if it's successful project or not at all just like in the job OP mentioned where the job offered is true or good as they have claimed it to be. It's still up to him if he accepted the job or not and if he did then he has the money to invest in bitcoin.
