Barcelona is one of the biggest clubs in Spain. Therefore, Barcelona should be able to recruit the best players in the world, especially young players with great potential. However, due to their current financial situation, the club is still struggling to recruit top players with high transfer fees. And even when they manage to recruit top players with high transfer fees, this causes problems, as was the case with Dani Olmo.

However, I believe Barcelona has taken a wise approach by not immediately opting to sign Rashford permanently but instead loaning him for one season.

In the past two seasons, Marcus Rashford has indeed experienced a decline and inconsistent performances, but what he demonstrated in the 2022/23 season with 28 goals and 8 assists, I think it is not too much to say that he is one of the best strikers Manchester United has. With his move to Barcelona, there is great hope that he will return to his best form, and given his young age, I believe this is still achievable.

Barcelona has a trio that performs quite well (Lamie Yamal, Rafinha, and Robert Lewandowski). There are no issues with Lamie Yamal and Rafinha; they are promising players both for the present and the future, as they are still young and have shown consistent performance. However, the issue lies with Robert Lewandowski. He has performed well for Barcelona, serving as a sharp striker and a goal-scoring machine for the Blaugrana squad. However, the problem is his age, which is already quite advanced and nearing retirement age, so he is clearly not a long-term solution for Barcelona. Moreover, this may be the reason why they chose to sign Rashford from Manchester United. If Rashford can return to his best form by playing in La Liga, then his arrival will truly be the answer for Barcelona's future.
