When the swapping services were reliable, i used to use instant swap services that are trustworthy confirmed from bitcointalk community here. However, i didn't swap more than 300$ at once and i consider this was a major risk. I say this because i see that it's a major risk using those services either centralized or anonymous for various reasons. So the wise solution for large amounts is to split them into many small transactions and use more than one swap service.
