Knowing when to quit or take a temporary break in the middle of gambling is very important, sometimes due to excess greed a lot of folks don’t know when it’s time they are supposed to take a break at least for the moment especially when they might have made some profit during the gambling exercise. But because they fell too greedy and wants to make extra profit thinking that it will always be at their favor, they end up most times even losing their capital including the previous profit they made. Sometimes not knowing when to take a temporary break from gambling is when you allow your emotions to control you in the sense that the moment you went through 5- 10 straight sets of gambling without winning, instead of winning you are losing straight away for 10 consecutive time of trying, at this point you will be filled with panic and anxiety, you feel like taking a revenge to win back the money you lose, and so you continue gambling instead of just accepting defeat that moment and know it’s not your day today, quit , take a temporary break and go home, you will end up losing everything that day and if care is not taken you will be in debts.
So for me, having considered all these points I think is not bad to take a temporary break from gambling before you go again.
