As the questions says, when do you stop? your point of no return?

a. at least double your money, then stop
Honestly, I think this point only adds to other losses, because no one can guarantee that in the next betting round, we can win and double our deposits. Many gamblers have this mindset: they intend to double their lost deposits, but instead, they experience consecutive losses. This is what often turns us into impulsive gamblers, which can have fatal consequences for our finances.

So, personally, I'll be at my peak when I look at my bankroll and see that my deposit for that day's betting is already gone. I'm the one who ensures I have a daily or weekly deposit limit, whatever it may be, a mandatory maximum, and whether I win or lose, that's enough.
