This is a public forum and one that has freedom of speech so we can't stop people from expressing themselves how they feel but the sad reality is that people talk to people they way they feel because of the things they're experiencing in real life therefore when you see someone being rude, that might just be the only way they can let out their frustrations by acting as bullies online. You should develop a tough skin and stop allowing the way people treat you to determine your growth in life. Take the necessary information from the message they sent to you. You can't tell people how to act but you can determine how you respond and that's all that matters. People will always prioritize their own perspectives so don't expect them to put yours into consideration.
