That is not enough. Doubling won't be enough to retire so my point of return is if I've won significant huge amount of money that can make me live off it.
If I keep on winning but only with small amounts, that won't make me stop and I will keep on returning because I want more.
Don't get me wrong, I'm a disciplined gambler but who doesn't want to have as much as they can if the topic is all about no point of return?
That's the mindset of gamblers, including me. It would be hypocritical of me not to admit it. I gamble for fun, which doesn't mean I don't want to win, but I certainly want to win big. I have a disciplined approach to gambling, so I don't overdo it. While I do win small amounts quite often, I often find myself wanting big wins. Although I do want big wins, I can't force them because luck hasn't given me any, so I often withdraw my small winnings.
Everyone who gambles naturally desires to win, especially big wins, which are the ultimate goal for gamblers. However, we must be mindful of our own behavior and self-control to avoid losing control while gambling, which can complicate matters.
