Well I guess we can all put this thread to a conclusion, it was an actual sale, he wasnt moved wallets around.

The custodian of the OTC transaction was Galaxy and they successfully completed the entire $9B sale. If you look at the market the past few days we had a slight dip, so who knows maybe it was due to this selling.

I wonder if we will ever find out eventually who it was?
