I need better enlightenment in Victor Osimhen transfer update, is it not a ridiculous restriction not to sell a player you buy to whoever can afford him. My first time hearing this to be part of the contract, if Napoli confirms his worth, why sell him when he can be of use in the club. Galatasaray agreeing to the restriction shows they are truly desperate to sign the player, after paying such amount for the player, they should have full right to do what they want. Nevertheless, if his contract expires in Galatasaray he will have the right to go wherever he wants without control.
It is really sad how Napoli has gone this far to keep Osimhen even when they had the chance to sell him off to people who can afford him as at the time they wanted to sell him off. If his contracts expires he is definitely going and they will be loosing if they keep holding him back and he has only a few years actually which is less than two so they will be loosing out but Galatasaray will get absolute value for this deal and I see that is why they are going all in not minding whatever conditions Napoli keeps coming up with.
It seems difficult to figure out what Napoli will do at this point, as they appear to be trying to do something that seems overly complicated when it could actually be quite simple.
There is a lot of interest in Osimhen right now, and while some have already offered a price in line with the clause, Napoli has once again rejected it, making the situation more complicated.
It seems that Napoli is not focused on profit at the moment but wants to teach Osimhen a lesson for his attitude toward the previous club. However, this could end up being a mistake for Napoli itself.
His contract with Napoli only has two years remaining, and sooner or later he will leave for free, yet Napoli continues to maintain this state of uncertainty. I think their management needs to take some more courses to understand what profit means in business, as what they are currently prioritizing is ego over sound business practices.
