What a lucky guy he is! I'm wondering how many tickets the user had. I wasn't even expecting anyone to win the lottery jackpot of Shuffle so early like that. The probability of winning with one ticket is extremely low, it is 1 in every 62.6 million. Perhaps, the users had a good number of tickets. At the same time he was very lucky there.
