Bad rulership can begot any kind of crime especially in the settings where there's deficit of job but in everything no one has the right to make excuse with bad government or hide under such to commit crime, evil is evil everywhere, there are laws, so if anyone commits crime and been found guilty after thorough investigation is been made, the person will be made to face the consequences, there's no two ways about it, it is too bad that people are just suffering and the government of some nation aren't seeing this suffering as anything instead, they are after looting more public funds to further increase the poverty in the land, it is the duty of the government to create enabling environment for investors to come in and also create jobs but it is as if they have failed in all this.
