In my opinion, the above clubs fans can brag this season to expect their teams to win the English Premier League title because they have all made perfect signings to improve their squads, and my prediction is either Liverpool or Chelsea to win Premier League title, but you know football is sometimes unpredictable, and even with this current squad Arsenal has, I believe they still stand a chance to win the EPL trophy just as others due to their consistent strong performance in past sessions .
Chelsea is my favorite to win the league this season if only they maintain their current form. Liverpool won't defend then title, they were just luck last season, because the rest club were not inform excerpt Arsenal. Manchester city has lost good quality players in this transfer and i do not see them challenging for the title next season, Arsenal on the other hands, will just finish second position again, they have no winning mentality so they are an average team when we're talking about title.
