In my opinion, the above clubs fans can brag this season to expect their teams to win the English Premier League title because they have all made perfect signings to improve their squads, and my prediction is either Liverpool or Chelsea to win Premier League title, but you know football is sometimes unpredictable, and even with this current squad Arsenal has, I believe they still stand a chance to win the EPL trophy just as others due to their consistent strong performance in past sessions .
Yes, the fans of football clubs you listed will hit up the football space this season because for now they are getting prepared for next season business, Manchester United will not be left out here too because they are also preparing too n their own little way, no doubt Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City has has done well for themselves with the decision they took by getting more good players to the team Arsenal did same but few, United did too but with what am seeing, it seems the first three team I mentioned will be battling it very hard this time, from all indication, Nezt season football will not be a joke, it will be a battle for all although with time, the picture will be much clearer.
