Liverpool's direct rivals in the league title race won't like the Isak story even a bit. It is indeed unbelievable that they are still in for him as well. Even after spending €300m+ already this summer. 
Isak's first choice has always been Liverpool so far. This is why I think they will end up transferring him soon if there is no issue with FFP.
On the other hand Arsenal completed the Gyökeres move. I wonder how competitive they will be next season.

I don't think anyone pays much attention to Liverpool after what City have done for years. Although it must be very annoying for the competitors to see after City's fall that the situation has not levelled out, but just a new name at the top, but everything remains the same
Personally, I am happy with everything, if the existence of moneybags cannot be avoided, then at least let there be more of them so that each competition is tough. Real, Liverpool, PSG + the rest like City, Bayern, Barcelona seem to be fine. Imagine what kind of Champions League awaits us.
