The problem I have with most of our ladies is that they are sharing infection like piece of cake, so using your fingers and tongue might be unhealthy to you as a person, aside that, foreplay before sex is the best way forward.
Especially Hepatitis B which its endemicity is high in Nigeria. And also other infections like HIV also.
