Mirotic left Milan and signed with Monaco.

He's a truly quality player. His lack of a EuroLeague title is another matter.
I don't think he'll win a EuroLeague title with Monaco, but he chose Monaco.
Had he transferred to Hapoel or Dubai Basket, which have strong rosters, he might have had a shot at the EuroLeague title.
My EuroLeague champion contender this year is Hapoel Tel Aviv.
Ok, I understand hype about Hapoel, but what's so special about Dubai? For me their roster looks very average and I'm not sure that they will make to the playoffs. While Mirotic to Monaco is great move. Monaco is playing in Final 4 almost every season, so, there is chance for him go get Euroleague title finally. While in Milan under Messina he and other big names are just wasting their talents.
Now I have most questions about Fenerbahche and Barcelona rosters. Fener lost many key players and don't have big signings, while Barca IMO is signing too many veterans and they left coach that failed last season.

Fenerbahçe's management has been unsuccessful in football for seven years. The fans' greatest desire is a championship. Therefore, the management won't invest in basketball for a year or two. Playing in the EuroLeague is a great achievement for Fenerbahçe in terms of prestige, but for now, football is their priority.

They could make a few more signings, but I don't think Fenerbahçe will make it to the Final Four this year.

I also think Dubai Basket has a mediocre roster, but Hapoel has built a good one. Now, the real question is: How will these players adapt? If there's a lack of harmony, there's no Final Four.
