We can't be too certain when it comes to getting into the final stage of the champions league, even with Madrid is still not sure. Liverpool squad can cause a lot of damage before the kick of any game in the EPL with the players that are on the line up but it could happen the other way that even with the hit men on the list of players to start for Liverpool, they could even struggle to get a competitive show when it matters so I still have little hope for the other clubs that are likely to compete for any title this season.
In this transfer window, we have seen many clubs spend a lot of money to strengthen their teams and they have recruited some good quality players to their clubs as needed, most notably Liverpool and Real Madrid. Although Liverpool did well in the English Premier League last season, they could not do well in the Champions League, so maybe that is why they spent money in the transfer window this season to strengthen their team even more, maybe they will perform well in the Champions League next season. On the other hand, Real Madrid could not perform well in the Champions League last season, as well as they could not retain the title in the local league, so they are planning to bring in new players along with old players and they may be able to retain the title in La Liga next season.
