Exactly, sometimes parental upbringing matters alot, when I was small my dad warned me that anyday he hears that I went to our river that he beat me. One day I decided to go against his orders, that day he wiped me so heard that I pee on my cloth, ever since I never deared go back. Though will I say it affected me because that fear alone made me not to know how to swim

Most organical behavior of young people grew from parental training, and environmental behavior. I watched a series of a young woman who grew up in a neighborhood where a couple argued a lot, and their dad warned her and the younger sister never to watch the married couples fight, but they hid and did so. After multiple years, the eldest sister, turned to always fight her lovers. Which kept her single for quite a long time, till she met the right therapist. In a nutshell, adults become whatever reality they consumed as kids.
