How about you guys? What's that one myth that you cringe everything you hear about it?
I mean, anyone who has been around here long enough have already read or heard about the most popular myths or fallacies related to gambling and betting. To me the most harmful and the one I would like to people to forget is the one which assures that
"gamblers quit gambling right before they are about to win big money", needless to say the fallacy is obvious in this case, as nobody knows when a big win could happen, and they are likely to never happen (let alone when someone is about to quit gambling for good).
The worst part is that (even though it is pretty obvious for us this is a myth with makes zero sense) out there in the world and on the internet there are people gambling beyond their financial capabilities because they believe this fallacy. There are no patterns to be followed within the world of gambling and any pattern we see is imaginary.
