There was a while where their representative on the forum would occasionally assist in the processing of similarly stuck withdrawals - so long as a big enough reputational fuss was made about the situation - but they were booed away years ago and now no longer respond here at all.

This is, after all, the same wallet that wouldn't let Elon Musk withdrawal his own funds until they knew it was Elon.

Notice how most of the replies are from victims. But freewallet is replying, even if its just lip service. Worth trying. Just calmly explain your situation and ask them to look into it.
