Arsenal and Liverpool are aware that buying a player from Real Madrid doesn't come so cheap, especially if the player is of high profile. Either clubs are willing to pay for Rodrygo if only he agrees. Even AFC is ready to break the bank despite how annoying they can be to releasing money for a player they want.

At the end of the day, he has to make his choice, because the more he keeps sitting on the bench with no playing time, the more his value diminishes. And he is not getting younger anymore too.
This will be a difficult choice for Rodrygo, but if he's thinking about his career development, it's definitely worth moving to another team. At Real Madrid, he's simply stuck in a comfort zone with no real development.

Arsenal, in particular, are aware that acquiring Rodrygo will require a significant outlay, but this player possesses a strong mentality, especially in crucial Champions League matches. So, I think Arsenal desperately needs this player, as the problem with Arsenal's team is their weak mentality, and I have a lot of confidence in Rodrygo to recover from that.
