Nice to see someone else mentioning luck. People talk about luck as if it is this thing that you get and it allows you to perform better. In reality, luck is the expression of under or over performing the expectation. You beat the odds, that is lucky. The odds don’t go your way, that is unlucky. But the person gambling isn’t lucky or unlucky, only the outcome is.
No one’s actually lucky in gambling, only the casino is lucky to have us believing that we can get lucky and hit the big win. But the reality is, all gambling outcomes are already predicted by the casino, but it seem unpredictable for us because we don’t have the edge over the casino’s house.

Gambling is gambling, no matter what side or angle it is. And the house should always win, while leaving the casino players losing in the long run.
