I have reasons to believe that some of the banking issues that customers have with commercial banks can be avoided, but because these banks need people to keep coming to their offices and their customer care active, they permit it.
Because if they take that part of the work away so many people would lose your jobs, they know and understand that they can actually make those actions buttons available on the app so customers don't need to come to the bank but they want people to keep their jobs. It's logical if we think deep about this.
People who have been using fintechs like OPay, PalmPay, and the rest generally experience fewer challenges. There has never been a need for most of them to seek the physical offices of these banks.
Now ask yourself, if fintechs can work, why are the traditional banks not working?
The disadvantage of fintech banks is when you actually need a physical customer service experience to solve problems you could not solve on the app it's becomes very difficult since their physical offices are not always available and accessible from any location like the commercial banks..
