And you should contact the customer support fast and wait for the reply. If there is no help from customer support, you can report them here or post details here. But first you have to message customer support, from there you will get quick solution. You may have made some mistake in submitting your document due to which your KYC is not getting approved. So if you talk to the technical team in support then you can easily know the reason why your document is not getting approved. Maybe you have used the same document in the past for KYC which you have forgotten.
