If truly he understands his job as the manager of Manchester United instead of granting interviews and saying all kinds of rubbish why not mount pressure on the management of Manchester United to fund him so that he will buy more good players to strengthen his team to avoid the suffering for his team next season. There is no mind game in what he is saying the team is in bad shape every body understands that but can't he buy more players to see that the team move from bad to good? If Amorim is not capable of getting the job done he should resign for a capable manager to take over the team.
The real problem facing Manchester United lies in the difficulty of releasing players they plan to sell in the transfer market. As we know, most of the players at Manchester United have high salaries, so very few teams are interested in signing them. Furthermore, with their lack of success in recent seasons, the players' reputations have also been tarnished. So, the team isn't struggling to acquire new players; the problem is that they must first release some of their existing players.

We can see how many players have been successfully sold to other teams in the current transfer window. I think there haven't been any official sales, except for a few loan players and players released due to retirement or contract expiration. So, I think Amorim's situation is more difficult than anyone imagines.
