You have good points about their roster. If we compare them with usual contenders, they're not looking that impressive. And considering how competetive Euroleague is in recent seasons, it's going to be tough
I think I already said that being title contenders in first season looks a bit too much, but chance to reach Final 4 is high.

Well, I will say the opposite. I don't see them reaching the Final Four, even though I like coach Itoudis and his talent for getting the most out of any player he has. It's usual and common for people and fans to stick to the signings of a team and forget what they already have the other on their rosters. The one thing, though, that it can be for their benefit is the timing. Most of the teams of the Euroleague still spend less than what was expected, and they have not signed any high-calibre players. The exception so far is Panathinaikos, and they still haven't signed a PF/C.
