You’ve failed KYC one time and you immediately can’t upload anymore your documents to complete the KYC?

Sounds vague because normally you can upload again your documents if you failed the first try unless you are sending different documents identity on your another attempt then that’s the only time you should experience unable to verify KYC anymore.

I think I read same issue on same casino before. I hope BC can put their side explanation here.
