Hi all,

I’ve been using a few crypto casinos over the past few months (Stake, Cloudbet, Shuffle), and I’ve successfully verified and withdrawn over $2,000 from each with no major issues.

Recently, I decided to try BC.Game after receiving a bonus offer via email. I played for a bit, and when I tried to withdraw half my balance, I was prompted to complete KYC verification. I submitted the required documents (the same ones I used on Stake) and passed the facial liveliness check.

However, I may have mistakenly selected the wrong document type (I chose "document" instead of "identity card"). I then received the following message:

Your KYC verification was not approved, and you have reached the maximum number of submission attempts. In accordance with platform regulations, we regret to inform you that further verification will no longer be available. Thank you for your understanding.

At this point, I’m locked out of verification and unable to withdraw my remaining balance. It feels unfair—especially compared to other platforms like Stake, which still allowed balance withdrawals even if KYC wasn't completed.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there any way to resolve this with BC.Game or escalate the issue?

Thanks in advance for any advice or help.

If all that you said happened exactly as you have said it happened, then it's truly unfair, and besides, if the casino will not allow you any further chance to verify your account and be able to withdraw your money, the right thing they should have done is allow you withdraw your money and then close your account, out rightly locking you out of kyc opportunities when you have money in your account which they know you can not withdraw without passing kyc verification is not different from robbery..

A user already listed the links to important threads and users on this forum that can be contacted for help, reach out to them and I believe they will make the casino reconsider the decision they have made, but if in the end, nothing still happens, then you can proceed to creating a scam accusation against the casino, what they are trying to do is nothing but carrying a scam and such should not be supported.
