I have full KYC on other sites. BC game seems very suspect and I decided that trying to work with scammers or at the very least unethical companies like BC.game isn't worth the effort, so I've asked them to close my account and write this off as a learning experience. Will stick to Stake in the future.
Live chat isnt really giving me any options to withdraw and is saying Ive lost access to my funds.
I didnt deposit anything for the bonus and then once I lost it all I put in $140.
