I agree with you, that's the mistake many young people make they don't value the time they have. They tend to dwell on useless things like chatting with friends for hours and socializing without a clear goal and not getting any results, many of them get stuck for long periods without thinking about their future.
Time is special that shouldn't be waste even a little of it but there is no work without a little time of yourself to rest and in resting doesn't necessarily mean that the person will be sleeping but they can use the time to be charting with there loved ones who are far or even friends no matter the minutes or hours they spend on the charting so actually the summary point is that not all the people that charts are actually wasting their time because outside what they are doing they have businesses and investment there devotion of time has given then so indeed alot of people squandered there time charting while some are already fulfilled before then.
