In my opinion, those Facebook pages won't be taken down that easily by our government, especially if they have around 9 million followers unless the violation is really serious.
I don’t know about Facebook though, but for tiktok I have seen several accounts with millions of followers being banned and if the government is really serious about banning the accounts of those who are constantly promoting illegal gambling sites then it really shouldn’t be difficult for them.
I think governments should have the resources needed to mass report an account… If it happens that they couldn’t get an account banned they can just ban the use of the social media platform in the country if the rate of illegal promotion exponentially increases.
