Arsenal has what it takes to be included in that list I don't think they will disappoint again this season because they have learnt the hard way and they are spending money in the transfer market which shows that they are becoming more serious to win the league like the other teams.
It’s surprising to see you say Arsenal won’t disappoint again. Seriously am not really expecting anything from Arsenal in the coming season, Arsenal have been disappointing their fans for the past few years, there fans are always having confidence in them to win the premier league title every season, but no matter how Arsenal try, they will end the season in second position, so even the coming season, I don’t think Arsenal will be achieving anything even with the signings which they made.
Even if Arsenal have a complete squad, they won’t still win the title, because they will end up making some crazy mistake. Arsenal had the opportunity to win the premier league title last season, as Manchester city that have been winning it were not really in form, but they made some mistakes, and they ended the season in the same second position which they have been ending the season for years. I was suprise that Arsenal fan’s ended up complaining that some of their players went on injury, and thats the reason why they couldn’t win the premier league title last season.
