Few advice just, for people using VPN.
- Use VPN the same country with your ID, maybe just different from your regions
- Use Premium VPN

IMO, the problem is always due:
- Not the same with your KYC country
- Avoided or bypass resricted country
- Someone already use the VPN, marked you as multi account (due is free VPN)

So, maybe just use VPN with the same country of your data KYC (in-case) somehow you got unlucky getting requested by KYC.S
