This is what i find somehow strange to be made by a reputed professional brand like bcgame. And it's not the first time the support block the contact with users failed to complete KYC verification process because of whatever reasons while he has funds in his account balance. I know that some users do really fail to complete all verification levels if the use fake identities, however this is not the case everytime.
