That financial strength continually remains the strong hold for PSG upon which they consistently stay ahead of every other team in the Ligue one most often. Marseille was looking like a team that could build up a good rivalry against PSG but how they fell back on their form is surprising and then they have a fair depth with which if they are more strategic with their tactics, PSG will be having it really tough around them, they just need that mentality and toughness and they can contest the Ligue 1 title confidently.
Unfortunately only able to play consistently in one season and the following season loses consistency to maintain good performance so that PSG remains the best. That's the other team in Ligue 1 because the power of the players they have is not at the level like the players owned by PSG so it is difficult for any team to compete for the title.
This season there is Monaco who might be one of the teams that has the quality to compete with PSG, but I doubt they can compete for the title until the end of the season.
