I have been inactive for a long time since I did push-ups for a few days in the push-up challenge. Due to some family issues, I refrained from participating in this challenge. Although I wanted to do it again and again, I could not get back into it. Since when did I promise myself that I will do push-ups every day because now the work pressure is much less.

Even though I was trying after a long time, today I completed 50 push-ups in 5 sets with enough effort.
